I believe it's TT's version of Hot Lap II.
It's not the exact same, but used the same way.
Yes, it's used as a conditioner to keep tires fresh but can also be used at the track to add a small amount of bite.
We sell a fair amount of it through the shop to guys who cut it with their harsh preps (Green/goat/etc.)

Like Brian stated its a lite conditioner that can be used to maintain tires weekly or used on higher bite tracks as a trackside wipe. It is commonly used as a cutting agent for a lot of other products to tone down the aggressiveness of the other treatments.
