Base setup

I have a Laser Addiction and from what I can tell they were made 2014-2016. I need help with a baseline set up:
1/8 medium banked oval
Blue Plate Predator
300 pound weight limit
Yellow Vega’s - no prep allowed
Currently 1” stagger rear and 1 1/2” front
First time driver
Most pronounced marks on the spindles show 8/12 being the base from CKI

Isn’t this a little early for a really high cross chassis? Maybe 58%-62%?

As for the cross even up the front washers both sides and whatever it is run it with.
47 % nose, 57 % left, 2.5 RF neg camber,
.5 LF pos camber, toe out the RF 1/16 "

Got it scaled now just need to get the nephew on the track. The kart has a tie rod type bar on the left rear that I’m guessing is for changing the chassis stiffness, will adjusting or removing that make a noticeable difference in handling? I never adjusted it when I raced the chassis years ago so I’m not familiar with what it might do.

Leave it on keep lubed so is free .
