Beginner clone build

What's the best way for a beginner like me to build my own clone, I've put together a few predators and haven't had any issues doing that at all, I'm mechanically inclined enough to do everything except machine work. I've heard of the bsp engines and I can also get a Honda clone and start from scratch, im trying to stay on some sort of a budget. What parts would y'all suggest I use. Any help appreciated.

Call Box Stock Products ask for Donnie tell him you want all the parts associated with their sealed engine and maybe upgrade to the sealed power rings and you will be within a 10th or two of an engine that would cost $1,000 more from a builder and I proved it on our track,

I thought about akra was built off of a 196cc block, a Honda gx200 is a 196cc engine.

A clone is a Chinese copy of the original Honda engine, not the real thing. Class was designed to hold costs down.
