Best tire solution dealing with a bumpy track?

I have been scratching my head trying to get a terrible bounce out of my sons champ kart on a bumpy track. There seems to be a handful of guys that have figured it out and of course they are much faster. The kart with driver weighs 320 it is dirt slight banking 1/5 mile oval. I've tried all kinds of tire air pressures. Does anyone have the voodoo to help me with my issue.

Not the guy to give advise but when you say you have dropped air how low are you going poundage and what tire ??? I have had similar problems only to find out my low wasnt low enough...
