Best way to adjust carb

I have a kart that won't stay running long enough to adjust. What should I do to fix this problem. It is a four stroke 125cc with electric start with cable choke.

First . It went from no start to won't stay running .
What did you do too make that change in behavior ?

Use starting fluid to see if you can keep it running. If you can, it’s a carb/fuel issue. If you can’t it’s an ignition issue, or maybe it’s getting too much fuel. If you can narrow it down to carb/fuel, make sure the carb is getting sufficient fuel to it. What kind of carb do you have? Is it fixed jet or adjustable?
