Will this work on any arc billet flywheel? I got the adapter to fit my predator, just wanted to make sure I don't need an actual pvl flywheel first.

No, you will need a PVL specific flywheel. Part # 6617-H for the adjustable and 6621 for non adjustable @ ARCRACING.COM

Rather than start a new thread what flywheel would you recommend for the Honda CDI.
I see some of these GX CDI units for sale now and wonder of the non rev limit version ( unverified that it truly has not rev limiter ) for sale now quite cheap.
