building an open 206. what flathead parts can I use?

There is nothing 206 about this. What you are saying is you want to build a modified animal. Based on what I have read in this thread so far, I would advise against it.
 
We don't have those at our track. And if we did they would prolly get beat by modified animals. Our track is small and narrow. And if u get out of line ur about 90 percent chance of spinning out. And if by some chance u ddont. Ull be almost stopped when I leave the middle of the corner
 
also watch for interference between the intake lobe of the cam and the crank counter weight. Just a little grinding on the crank in the offending area will take care of the problem.
