Bully clutch conversion

My stock clutch basket is nice and snug but the bully clutch conversion has a lot of play in it. Does anyone know if this is normal. I may be able to post a video later.

It's not that they're not working there's just a lot of slop in it. It's a max torque clutch and the max torque bully conversion kit with real bully gears.

If you are running outboard and the slop or play is the drum/driver sliding back and forth on the bearing race they make a thin and thicker shim to go before the clutch bolt.

I can't post a video but it's like the bearing is too big for the clutch. Even though the Baron and the brass sleeve on the other one are the same size and diameter.
