No on the cam swap due to the end journals being different size.
Not sure you have rules or not so this is a blind sided recommendation
Std Dyno CL2 with good springs..
Dyno Mod2 with approx. 18-20lbs of seat pressure (springs)

Yes a Honda/Clone cam will work in a Hemi block.. The Non Hemi Predator blocks that have a shinny polished look to them are .008 bigger on the journals and take a predator specific cam.
