Carb horizontal Venturi measurement

What actually is the correct no go for the horizontal of the smallest ( middle ) of the Venturi? .605 or .608 ?
 
Not 100% sure this will help as its lo206.

Don, if you’re referring to the Briggs LO206 rules it would be using a .6022 “ no go gauge. Also remember there is 3 different sections in the carburetor for this measurement. 2 of them before the slide and one after the slide.
 
Not a 206. This is a problem on the stock animal. I have been told that the original number was 605. Then Briggs made an error and we had to go to 608. I have two books one says 605 another says 608 and actually the AKRA animal rules says 602, so I am absolutely confused on the narrowest part of the Ventura on a stock animal carburetor.
 
There are a lot of issues centered around the animal tech manual. The biggest problem is WKA does not have a tech team anymore so many of the rules are old, outdated and some are incorrect and have been for many years. I’ll call you to discuss.
