Carb isolators.

My guess would be NO... I cannot see an advantage to that because you have a D port shape on exit side and a round entry not good. If your looking for extending runner length even if it was legal that would be a bad way to get it.

How about the carb side isolator unmodified and the head side isolator blended to port size?
 
Don't forget about carb stud length so a longer runner will favor more low / mid range torque i'll assume that is 'swhat you want if that's the case i would look for it in a cam instead.
 
Generally you want the shortest intake tract .
Tuning for a certain rpm tract length can be adjusted .
