Chassis number

How do you tell the year off the chassis number with a cki chassis? Mike told me before bobs went down and unfortunately I do t have the info any longer.
 
I know where the number is, but I was wondering how to decipher it? I know it contains the year built and the number in sequence for that year.
 
Pretty sure it wasn't built in 1931, I will check tomorrow on the #, it may be the 110th kart built in 93' or the 110th built in 03'. do you know which chassis it is?
 
It's a momentum with the later style tube layout (compared to my old one which I was under the impression was an 06'

Didnt know cki put out that many chassis' annually?
