Looking to get back into racing after many years away. Used to run an Infiniti r1 but looking to get a phantom. Budget around $1700.

Running 425 and super heavy. Low bite wet track.

Opinion on Recon vs triton vs scythe vs minecon. Searching around it sounds like recon may be the choice but I see each chassis for sale in my range.

Appreciate the opinions.

I dont have a lot of info, many others will chime in with more knowledge. I like my triton and I think I would knock the minecon off the list due to weight class

If your only going to race mostly track conditions as you show here I'd go with the Minecon .
 
Thanks for all the responses. Found a few recons and Titons on Facebook. Are the 2016-17 recons the same as the ones produced today?
