To add to what Earl said, David Rowland can provide so much more than just an engine service. He is as good as they come and offers the total package. PEC would be my choice of the two.......

Maybe in person, over the phone I got the run around over a minor issue. Bought most of my parts from them at one time, I don't anymore.

We have been running David's motors for two years and have never had any problems whatsoever. Best customer service I have seen from anybody. If we get outran I never feel like it is because of a lack of horsepower. I would highly recommend PEC for all your karting needs.
