Clone question

When a clone is listed as unrestricted, does this mean it has an unrestricted carb on it, or is the engine built differently to accommodate a restrictor plate? A red plate motor has a carb built for a red restrictor plate, etc.?

Simply means there is NO plate in it, all restricted classes are done so with plates, Red, Green, Silver, Blue, there might even be a few more color plates.
Carbs must still meet specs.
