ratio is 22x57 and 22 on clutch. pipe is rlv4 or rlvl4. best that I can remember

Wouldn't use a 2 disc on a jack shaft, and wouldn't use purple springs either.
2.71 ratio is about 3800 engagement

I'd throw a 3 disc on there, and engage clutch when motor around 10,000-10,200 to ensure clutch lockup at tq. peak of around 10,500.
Since your primary ratio is a bit odd (usually it's 19:57) you'll have to do the math to figure the clutch RPM at engine RPM of 10,000, and set your springs and such from there.

For a clutch engagement of 10200 (ish) and your J-S ratio of 2.714, clutch need ls to come in at 3758 ~ 3800 as JP mentioned.
