Racing in a Predator 350 stock class with a Hillard Blaze Inferno Clutch on my kart. Noticing when I go out on the track for the pace lap or when we have a yellow and are coming to the green I am not as fast as everyone else. I rev up big time and then something clicks and it engages and I have the speed I need.
This is most noticeable when pulling out on the track for the pace lap, I am always lagging behind. Then when we get a yellow flag and are coming to the green I rev up and it takes a few seconds to engage and its like I am slingshot forward and I go just fine. Clutch is only one race old, not thinking this is a broken parts or cleaning issue. Any ideas?
