Evening.
Picked up a tapered shaft gx200 and was going to replace shaft with a straight shaft crankshaft. When I have opened the engine I have found a plastic camshaft and the crankshaft when removed has the bearing on it.
Can I still put the straight crank in with a new bearing and replace the plastic cam with metal as the gearing is different size than the straight crankshaft.
Thought this would be straight forward!
