Firestone YGF tires

I have come across 9 Firestone YGF 11.5x8x6 and 6 Firestone YGF 10.5x5x6 tires. They look to have maybe 10 laps on them so they are pretty much brand new, but you can see they have had prep on them at one point. The guy that owns them got out of karting 3 years ago but still has these tires sitting there. I have heard these are the golden ticket for indoor racing. Are they worth anything??
 
Depends on what "pretty much brand new" means.

YGF is an older compound, probably going back atleast 5-6 years....YGF was replaced with YKF
 
They are just lightly scuffed. Wear holes look brand new, they don't look like they have over 10 laps on them. Looking to see if I should try to deal for these or just let them go.... and if they are worth getting, what are they worth?
