First Class track available for rent in NY

I have an awesome first class dirt facility that could be available to rent for a go-kart promoter...Champion Speedway in Owego, NY. I have been by there many times. Awesome looking track, and close to the I86. I think they usually run slick track motorcycles on it. I bet it's super smooth. I would love to race karts on it.
