Fuel Usage

On a normal night how much fuel will you use a night running a Clone. Trying to establish a budget to tell the wife, all tho we all know there is not such thing as a budget in racing.

Depends on how many classes you run. I can practice,qualify,and race on probably a gallon. 2 classes

Running one class - practice (8 laps), heat (10 laps) and a feature (15 laps) I use less than 3 quarts.

Gas will be your smallest expense by far! Not even worth counting. Count: tires, pit fees, prep, crash damage, motor maintenance, oil and endless number of go-faster parts available!
