Gage Black Venom lash

Anyone know the recommended lash setting on the Gage Black Venom rockers? I lost my instruction sheet. I have both sides set to .005" as of now. Thanks.
 
Im not too sure that lash changes from stock rocker arms to aftermarket arms. And .005 cold lash is excessive as the lash will grow with heat from the engine. I set mine at zero lash cold but leaving the pushrods free enough you can spin them with your fingers.
 
I see the blue ultralight version, they recommend
.004" and say that it will not oil properly if set tighter. I can't find the info on the Black Venom style. I would imagine it would be around the same.
 
we run a lot of S/A and open stuff, never have set lash with a gauge, we set it where I can roll the pushrod with my fingers with just a little drag and never in years of racing, had any problems.
 
Have always very good success with .003 with a lash cap, it's a bit tighter than spec but not to tight to cause any damage.
