Gearing for 1/5 mile track

I will be running a kt100 at a local track this weekend and was wondering what a good starting point on gearing would be. It's 1/5 mile low banking and you have to get completely out of the throttle to get through the corner. I am looking to turn aroun 14,700 rpm. Running 21-57 jackshaft gearing.

19/60 ,,, but you may have to drop some rear gear if you can carry the speed.

Ok good deal I was thinking around a 20-64 but the 19 will give me more bottom end to get up and go off the corner
