Gx390 Rpms and survivablitly

Im a lawn mower racer but i know carts been running them longer then us. I have 440 with 13 to 1 compression, billet flywheel, 40 and 35 valves. Billet rod, balanced crank, flattop piston, ported, and with 1 to 3 roller rockers. Im using 340 i think cam from percison the cheetah cam. Its one of the fasters motors in our class. Before i started turning more then 7000 rpms out of it. Ill like to know what rpms can i turn with out blowing in up in 2 races. Oh and im running keihin carb 32mm works great. Oh we have to use race fuel.
 
I twisted mine 8220 rpm once and it held together

But when the engine gave up and blew it was bellow 7000 ......... Go figure huh
 
valve train will give up first at higher rpm,keep it between 6500 to 6800 and it will make excellant power and live a long time flywheel timeing is the key in making hp at different rpm
