Heavier driver needs help for starts clone super heavy class

We are getting good engine rpms but start hurting us, can we change gearing ratio to get the same results like axle gear or clutch gearing 16-65 to 15 65 would help.

15/61 would be equivalent(same ratio) as 16/65 & improve starts…. What is your clutch engagement set to rpm wise?

It is set to 4,000 rpms bulley two disk

who's clone? Miller's cam is 4000. if you're getting left behind try 3600.

I've always went by the recommendation of setting clutch engagement at approximately 200rpm UNDER peak torque rpm...as a fellow super heavy driver, I know what you're feeling...staying on top of your clutch maintenace is imperative due to the higher weight we're carrying...
