Recently bought a 196r tilly from go power sports that is now acting up, ran good during first break in but rich, i switched fuel filter around thinking it was pumping to much fuel or something idk why lol, but it didn't wanna run right so i changed it back normal n still acting up eliminated filter completely same deal, way to rich, idle screw set high yet only running like 2k rpm super choppy n dies on full throttle or breaks up, bled air from pulse pump(i think) cleaned the plug wich was black, adjusted fuel mix screw at operating temps, tore carb down(pk1 box stock tilly carb) not a lick of dirt or debris, re assembled carb the right way n now it will only pop off for a second n die, engine has less then 20min on it, tried running a hotter plug, checked compression only thing i havent checked is valve clearance, any advise will help this project is for my son n would love to get it going, PLEASE HELP!!
