help with prototype hydraulic dyno

Recently purchased a prototype hydraulic dyno and was wondering if they are still around or if there's any contact info available for them. need some pump info and info on hooking up wiring and cooler etc..

I'm looking for an "Owner's Manual" for one....

No luck calling Welch. He told me Dennis was located in Bluff City Tn. wasn't sure he made the dyno's anymore. Also no contact info. I tried a google search and got a few phone numbers and most were no longer in service.
