Honing Questions - Lifter Hole & Valve Guide

I have to hone my block and I was looking at some hones on NR's site. Besides the Cylinder Hone I see they have hones for the Lifter Holes and for the Valve Guides. If you are putting in stock size items, is honing beneficial for those two items?

ONLY if Needed! Most likely that would only be the case if installing 'aftermarket' components. IMO
