While I don't think it is right, even notarized papers/releases don't always stand up in court these days given the number of ambulance chasers out there and their willingness to stretch both the law and common sense like rubber bands. Do it with proper insurance or don't risk it.

you could have family and friends running around out there........hoping noting happens and no one sues..........................
Insurance doesnt matter, waviers dont matter. they are both useless
If want to race the land where the track is setting needs deeded to a LLC, and even with that its not 100%, someone get hurt and wants to sue they will
