You're lucky, you got the warning and made it back for another try. Not everybody get's that second chance. Mined the doctors advice and stick to the new life style. Changing eating habits will be tough. Do you know what cholesterol is? Well that’s the stuff they put in food that makes it taste good

Welcome back Bob, hope everything is ok now, sucks getting old. Since the time when I hit 50 everything is falling apart, have had bladder cancer and the diabetes is killing me.
