Is KR and OTK similar?

Im switching over to a team next year that runs Kart Republic. They still have 4 or 5 OTK chassis under their tent so I don't know if I can stick with OTK or not. If I do have to move over, Do they drive the same, and can I set up the brakes short like my current Tony drives?
