ISO billet head

I've been reluctant to post anything about my billet head because it's still under development but things are finally coming together with a 3d printed model as well as the first prototype.

Just a couple of things that are obvious from the picture.
It has 3 exhaust flange bolts. The reason should be obvious.
It also has extra cooling fins around the #4 head bolt to help dissipate heat.
This helps retain head bolt torque and prevent head warpage.
It also makes using gasoline more user friendly.
There are other things that i won't mention at this time.

jimbo, who is doing your 3d printing? reason i ask is i currently have been dabbling in the market and have done a few jobs for people and would be interested in taking on some larger more sophisticated jobs. i can handle about 10"^3 total volume. even if its just for trial runs if you have future work and want someone who has a little karting background dont hesitate to send a request my way.

having formerly been a CNC machinist using surfcam CAD/CAM software for about 15 years, I can really appreciate the work that went into that head. It's beautiful. I'm jealous.

I once did a slide for a 9 mm Beretta. 120 features. It was my first CNC project after the company bought the CNC and the Surfcam. There were nine pages of prints. I'm pretty sure the slide was not as difficult as your head.
