jetting for gold plate animal

in my gold the pilot jet is .047 and main is 1.32 but cant remember if those are the metric or standerd mesruments i will check tonight and let you know
 
team25 gave you a starting point. Those size are MM.

A lot depends on the rest of the carb as well as the overall set-up of the engine. The float height might be all wrong, emulsion tube, main fuel nozzle too big, air pick-off size, etc...just so much goes into building a good carb than just throwing jets at it. Give it a try though.

Personally, I'd give the engine builder a call. He can tell you without a doubt how it should be jetted by what work was done to the carb - and save a lot of guess-work.
Worst case scenario, he wants you to send it in to him to have him go through it -- cheap price to pay for a carb that you know will be right when you get it back.
