I really like the 96-3-OM or small base circle 95-3 for blue plate.
I assume you mean ignition timing rather than cam timing...that will depend on the rest of your set-up, springs, pipe, valve lash (open and close #s), carb fueling, etc. General starting point might be 30* though.

For the animal, an-002 with a bit more lash than the card calls for, and 28 1/2 - 29* timing with the pvl.

I'll let some clone builders attempt to answer if you're needing that info. ;)
