just picked up a wankle and need some help

like the title says , i just picked up a wankle and it has nothing on it , it is electric start and that is there . What would be the best carb to run on this ? and what would be the best pipe ?

The shaft that comes out of the motor is tappered so what is used there ? belt drive to jack shaft or do they make a clutch for that?

To my knowledge they originally came with a small dry disc clutch that actually works pretty good, at least on asphalt, but you might want to check with Charlie Stoffa here who is the one who really knows these engines.
