Looking for a good driver friendly kart ..

Looking for a good driver friendly kart that would he good to learn on and get some races under my belt ....what good brands / models ?? Thanks

You can find prc phenom chassis pretty cheap and they still seem to get it done. However you will probably want to see what’s working and winning at your local track. You’ll be able to get feedback then from others to help you get your setup right.

The infinitive xxx or epic, both easy to get rolling.
The xxx has won a bunch of races in Ohio

Tony kart from 2004-2015. The chassis is practically the same aside from bodywork really making parts cheap, with several brands using the same parts just different colours and stickers. OTK,Kosmic,Alonso kart, exprit are all the same chassis. On top of that, their setup from the factory is one of the fastest, its difficult to get faster than the stock setup with OTK.(Original Tony kart)

You do realize you are on a oval dominated site?

Jamie,
4 Cycle may be a predominately oval site, but there are quite a few users and readers that race sprint and enduro.
Kind of funny, but there's actually more sprint traffic here than a lot of the sprint sites. :) Especially if they are using 4 cycle motors.

Hard to beat a Phenom for our low bite midwestern black dirt no bite tracks.
Very user friendly and tons of info/experience with them.
XXX was very good too.

Both of these chassis flex more than current cars and makes them great candidates for low/no bite tracks and for beginners who may not be on top of their tire program just yet.

CRG has a great new 4-cycle sprint chassis from what I hear. :)

While true, the op is an oval racer
