Looking for a good hp guess

Ok I have a Hemi with only port and polish ,
A .009 head gasket, 22 lb springs. 20 over rod which gets the piston flush with The deck.
Black mamba jr cam .and a 390 carb running gas. Also arc flywheel 6 degrees advanced
That pretty well sums up what I have.
So I'm just looking for a guess of where I would be in the hp range I'm hoping 15 or so.

Those 22 springs are hurting you. I have 26 and the 390 carb on alcohol. 16 HP on my waterbrake
 
Thanks don I just didn't want to spring for a valve kit yet am thinking stainless but this is my first small engine build and extra stuff is only a phone call away .
