If i'm not mistaken it is an early phoenix chassi built by Piedmont karts. from the way the front brackets for the nerf bars go toward the rear andthe kingpin bearings in the spindle not the chassi. these were tight karts and worked especailly well with a big motor likean open. unless you have a jig or someway the locate the plates for thecasterblocks I wouldn't attept changing the front end.I believe Piedmontis closing now but you can still contact the about parts as they are liquidating their stock as they are retiring.
