MCP Support - Thanks Brad

Purchased three new karts in 2021. Two of the three had brake caliper failures. Long story short, MCP got a batch of bad O rings.

I called Brad and he couldn't have been more awesome. He sent me new O-rings for all three caliper sets, a bleeder kit and replaced a set of pads. He sent it out immediately and I had in two days.

Good as new now.

Agreed . I can’t say enough about them as well. Great customer service and will chat ya up on the phone like you went to school together. That’s hard to find today.

The thing I like about MCP is they stay the same going through time. You'll always be able to get parts for anything on a new or old kart. Also, it's very easy to retrofit an MCP system onto almost any kart. Great company and great brakes.
