Methanol 390 carb jetting

I bought a methanol 390 carb from NR racing that's bored to a .925 venturi.
It came jetted with a .029 pilot and a .059 main.
I have it on a mild modified 224. It didn't run real good as it was, I just drilled out the pilot to a .035 and it's a big improvement, my question is should I go up on the main as well? Or go a little bigger on the pilot jet. It's more of an issue for this cause I'm just making the jet sizes bigger with a micro drill bit set. Any advice would be appreciated

You need either a cylinder head temp or exhaust temp to dial in a methanol carb. For cylinder head temp, I’d shoot for a minimum of 325* under load, or a max temp of 425.
