Need help with Top Plate

Alright, have to remove the factory fuel tank and put a top plate on for the track we are running. Need to drill the valve cover for the fuel pump, correct?? If so, then what size drill bit do we need to use, what tap size and is there any certain ports that we have to use?? This is on a hemi motor. Thanks in advance for the help guys.

21/64 drill and tap with 1/8" NPT tap. I drill the hole as to not interfere with the spark plug boot. So more towards the clutch side of the motor.
