Nemesis bumper bolts

Looking for (2) Nemesis rear bumper bolt kits. Phantom no longer offers these bolt kits. Restoring a Nemesis and need (2) bolt kits. Any help will be appreciated.

Can you use an expanding rubber stopper kit from Tractor Supply, and substitute in a longer bolt? That's essentially what these were, IIRC.... It's been a while.

its ironic that i seen this post and was looking over their items (as they are a saved seller on my ebay) and seen them, so i just thought id pass them on.
