Same with the front bumper ??Yes, they need to move freely
That would be correct. So they shouldnt have to be persuaded in at all ??
Yes, the front doghouse should slide in and out freely.Same with the front bumper ??
As mentioned clean the receiver tube and the bumper ends, grease and reinstallSorry to hijack thread but my bumper is extremely tight on my chassis. After I got it powder coated it was extremely tough to get front bumper on. What can I do to fix that. It may help my chassis
Grease in the nerfs, no.Nerfs and bumpers should flop and not bind at all.
As mentioned, they are easily "persuaded" ie bent to fit loosely.
It also doesn't hurt to pull the body and bumpers occasionally to check them (clean, etc.) Be careful of using grease in the spuds, as grease collects dust/dirt. Just keep everything clean and free and they won't become a problem.

Just snug up the lock nut, and if the bolt fits tight in the hole, open it up a littleShould I tighten front bumper down or just put a bolt and lock nut on it and just tighten a tad?
