New recycling process

Rocket Sprockets is pleased to announce our sprocket recycling program, here’s how it works.
Let’s say you have a 64 tooth sprocket that has worn out teeth we can put new teeth on that blank so you would have a 60 tooth sprocket with brand new teeth and refurbished mounting holes so in a sense were recycling old sprocket or if you have “pie plate” size sprockets like 75 plus teeth we can make them into small reusable sizes for your team to use. Also the old Horstman sprockets are made from the hard 7075-T6 aluminum which would also give you longer service life over the red china sprockets for a little less money. How can we get this done you ask, first off give Steve A call at Rocket Sprockets or email him to get the details on blank size to recut ratios to see if what you have can be refurbished into recycled sprockets there’s no quantity to large or too small for this process but I recommend several sprockets to offset shipping cost, and now the number everyone is waiting for $7.00 per sprocket for new teeth and refurbished mounting holes not a bad price for a high quality recycled sprocket that will provide a long service life like they did when new. Remember renew / reuse.
Thanks Steve Sands
