That's really more track specific some like fresh rubber some like cured, for cured I'd suggest 2 months for fresh with in a week however they should be scuffed in both cases.
Or cut them and let them sit for 8-9 months -- depends on the race they are being built for.
If you're wanting tires punching 50-52, I wouldn't be afraid to cut them the week of the race. Just be sure that whatever prep you are using doesn't need a lot of cure time (some do.)
