Where do I get stock size Nitrade coated valves?

With the exception of a few valves that came in certain motors, most all stock valves have the black nitrate coating.

You should be able to get the valves at most any kart shop/supplier ... Box Stock Project/ Dyno Cams/ARC Racing/B&M Karting/ Dover Power/ Race City .... or any local kart shop/engine builder should have them.

There are also the stainless steel valves with nitride coating on them, those would be the better choice IMO since they are now allowed
