Northeast King of Karting first race at Lebanon Valley Speedway 5/31

The Northeast King of Karting Money Series will be running
our first event of the season at Lebanon Valley Speedway,
in West Lebanon NY on May 31. We are the only Briggs
Flathead only Series in the Northeast. We know you all
have one, and we hope you will bring them out and race
in our series!
Race format will be : for all classes except Junior 1,
and box stock gas
2 rounds of practice
2 -10 lap heat races, pill draw for first, then invert for
second.
Then a 20 lap feature.
Junior 1 class and box stock gas will have two 8 lap heats,
and 16 lap feature.
Maximum 25 karts to Main feature
B- main will be run if needed.
Over 15 karts will be split up in the heats, determined by
draw

Northeast King of Karting Money Series payouts will be
as follows:
Guaranteed 3 spots:
Senior Flathead classes:
1st place $500.00
2nd place $250.00
3rd place $125.00

Junior Flathead Classes:
1st place $100.00
2nd place $75.00
3rd place $50.00
Junior 1 and Box Stock will be racing for our awesome trophies!

There will be 2 practice rounds.
There will be 2 ten lap heat races and a 20 lap feature,
because racers come out to race!
$50.00 entry fee to race senior Classes
$40.00 entry fee for the Junior classes
$25 entry fee for Junior 1 purple plate class
Pit pass fee $15.00

I don't get it, what's the big deal if they cancel or not it's a non point series if you think it's going to rain stay home. Your not losing points. If you don't go and they race that's your decsion, if you go and it rains it your decison still. Everybody should put on there big boy pants and make the call that's best for your team.
 
don't know where you live but i live 2 hours from track and 120.00 in fuel so if i take the ride and we don't race thats a problem for me just saying
 
Again it is up to you to go, Its not a point series so you have to make the decision to skip a race or to go and chance rain.
Why do you feel you have to go to this one race?
There are races every weekend at tracks all over the northeast.
You have to make the call as to the ones you go to. why are we all so hell bent that its the promoters that control our racing operation? It looks like rain tonight but i will make my decision on if i want to spend the gas or not to go there.
