Painting body

Yes you can. Can use about any paint you want. Only thing with fiberglass if it's a used body all the stress cracks are going to show up.

You can use Klass Kote epoxy paint if you have the safety equipment and, you don't.

If you scuff up the gel coat you could use Rustoleum gloss enamel in the white rattle can or X-O- Rust (same company) you can even top coat the rustoleum with minwax polyurethane spray clear if you want. Works with normal respirator mask found at home depot ect. The trick to rustoleum is to shake the can for 3 days straight or get the guy to put it in the machine at the store.

I would, it'll help fill in any stress cracks that NitroNut was talking about. Use a good filler primer, then wet sand it smooth. Paint with a good auto paint that's compatible with the primer you used. Shouldn't have any problems. Joe
