Parsons racing suppy

I was wondering if anyone had any information on parsons racing supply. I have tried calling and they are not excepting phone calls, I have texted them on Facebook and no reply, and have sent numerous emails. They had no problem taken my money and its is going on three weeks and have not heard any thing on my part

I ordered 6 motors from them 4 weeks ago and everything went smooth then, got the motors a couple of days later
