Dont worry about the crank unless you just want to use a stroker crank, the predator cranks are proven to handle 30+ hp and 9000+ Rpm without issues. Sure some have had cranks break before and will tell you they are junk, but genuine Honda cranks have broken also and they are usually viewed as a superior quality crank. Even the billet stroker cranks break sometimes. There are a ton of open predators running around with the stock crank with a couple seasons or more on them without issues.
